WyabdcRealPeopleTTS package make StarDict pronounce those English words. It is just many .wav files. In Linux, you can extract(tar -xjvf) the tarball at "/usr/share/". In Windows, you can use WinRAR to extract the tarball and install it at "C:\Program Files\" or "Program Files\StarDict\".
